No, I never do. To me it's counterproductive to make an unrealistic goal that I know I will never live up too. I try to set small obtainable goals through out the year. It's a lot easier on my self esteem

Yes- To improve my self as a whole. Sounds lame, but it's true. Find a girlfriend that i can keep longer than a night. Imrpove my physique is also a BIG priority. Stay healthy. = Improve myself as a whole.

Yes, to stop all drug use (except gear) and gain and keep another 20-40lbs this year.

    Mine are different this year

1 Spend more time with my g/f and kid/s rather than spend it at work.
2 Enjoy life more instead of worrying about things I can not change.
3 To be fit and healthy and to grow larger than ever before.
4 Not to be so judgemental of people

Thats it and I,ll try my hardest to stick to them!

I don't really set a resolution, but I realized this weekend that I need to work at being more patient.

    Yeah, here they are

Funny that you should post this Excess. I was going to do somthing similar. Ok, here they are. Now you guy's are'nt going to hold me to all this are you??? he,he

Resoultion #1 To never burn another meal ( Ok it only happened once! But the nightmare still haunts me to this day)
#2 To make the most of my gains this year as I possible can.
#3 To not be so crtical of myself (I'm my worst crtique)
#4 To be the best I can be weather it be a mod, freind, employee, or any other aspect of my life.
#5 To be more patient with others
I think I better stop it here. Anymore than this and I'm setting myself up for failure for sure. Heck, a guy can only change so much at one time right?

My resolution is to learn how to country dance. I know that sounds stupid by myself and some buddies hit a country bar on sunday and there were so many hot women doing those damn dances on the floor but none of us knew em. So we are going to learn, but Im not wearing any wranglers.

T-Nutz, when I got married I had my cousin, who teaches country dancing, take me out to a country bar to teach me. It was when line dancing hit it big and I didn't want to be the only one not dancing! It's easy to learn and was actually pretty fun once I got the hang of it.

For some reason I don't make New Year's Resolutions. I tend to recognize areas of my life that need changing all year long - I change all year round.....and am constantly setting different goals for myself or wanting to do/ try new things.
