Big Arms

Guys-
What do you think is the start of when someone can say they have big arms? I was reading the story on the 14" arms in the club, and was wondering what you thought were actually big arms.

18+ id consider "big", anything smaller than that isn't anything IMO.

Depends on the individual's frame.
I'd say, um, maybe 10" larger than the wrist would be pretty big.

I have 17 in arms. I think they look a big and I get alot of people who think that they are 18s. I am going to get them alot bigger though.

depends........if ur 200 lbs and got 18's they are huge........ if ur 300 lbs and u got 18's they look like 15's

i got 19 1/2 and i think they look pretty damn big for a guy thats 260... O yeah my cycle starts monday guys so there goin to be even bigger....

I agree with the big puddle of yellow sweat up there. If I cut down and still have 18 or 19 left I'll be very happy.

I think there's a lot more to it then the number........ There's a persons height, bf, frame..... to consider when saying if someones arms or anything are big. JMO but there's way too many fat people that think because they have big numbers that they are monsters.

I'm at 17 1/4" cold over 18 1/4 " pumped and don't feel big enough. I would consider a 18" cold arm big because it's bigger than mine. When I hit 18" cold I'll probably still not feel like I have big arms then either. It all comes down to perspective I guess. There's one guy at my gym who has a 22" muscular arm. His forearms are as big and have the same shape as Cutler's. His arms are "huge".

I agree with all of you. It does have to do with body frame, height, weight, bf% and all of that...but also, as markas214 said, its also perspective. I think once you hit the 18" mark, your looking pretty big.

well i know i don't have big arms at all. Mine are 16.5" cold- still growing but i wouldn't consider them or anybody else's big til you hit the high teens- 18"+ minimum.
