The day started off fine, but it has gotten worse thru-out the day....been watching my carb intake........o well NOT today.

Then for supper we're gonna have baked chicken breast, squash cassarole(that I just made), 1c rom. lettuce, and strawberry cheesecake..............yes I said CHEESECAKE..........yaaaaaaaaaaaahoooooooooooooooo oo................damn I'm blowing my diet to pieces today..............o well there's always tomorrow.
