Damn. I broke my f-ing toe last night. Just the little one, but it is still pretty painful. I was walking into my computer room / home gym and caught it on the corner of an old tv. I literally crumpled onto the floor. Man, that sucked.
And I was just getting back into squatting after a pinched nerve in my neck. So much for squats in the next few weeks . . . big ol' - do you have a workout for this?![]()
