Supposed to take it easy....
on back...but if you guys know me that aint gonna happen ;) I had a strain I think last week and for a couple days it was hurting... but now IM hurting.. from the pump.. heres what I did... Disclaimer:This was preformed by a professional. Dont try this at home folks.
4 Sets Deadlifts
4 sets Barbell rows
4 sets T-bar rows
4 sets Wide-grip Lat pulldowns...
Then.. this guy I know comes in and says "Hey im doing back today.. wanna workout with me?"
I went earlier than usual to the gym and got done early and was gonna do a little book reading before work... well... hehe I HIT BACK AGAIN!!!!
I did abs right before he came in so.. my back pump was down a little... so the next back workout.... :eek:
4 sets Widegrip pulldowns
4 sets closgrip pulldowns
4 sets seated rows
4 sets db rows
4 sets T-bar rows..... I let him dictate the second workout and the weight (Im a little stronger than him) so the weights a second time around matched his. well all I gotta say boys is WOW!!!!!
