Now to be considered a natural bodybuilder, does that mean that you have NEVER taken AAS or just havent cycled in a long time?

I think Skip Lacour... he swares he is all natural... BTW... isn't there an eeerie resmblance to SwoleCat here?

At the 2001 NPC Team Universe he was a shredded 231 pounds...

"The perspective I’ve developed about bodybuilding and training is the result of putting myself in an extremely rare position. I’m not sure if there is another person in the bodybuilding industry who has driven themselves as hard to become one of the world’s very best drug-free competitive bodybuilders and, at the same time, was determined to become an outstanding teacher who openly shares what he’s learned with others." - SL

Skip commenting on his second win at the NPC 2002...

"For this year’s contest season, I made it my specific goal not to weigh over 215 pounds. I made this goal almost immediately after stepping off the Team Universe stage last year. Even though I can look very good and lean at 230 pounds, that much weight does not look the best on my frame. Packing-on as much muscle as humanly possible had always been what bodybuilding meant to me in the past. But competitive bodybuilding is also an art form. Anything more that 215 pounds on my frame takes away from its aesthetic appeal."

I always felt as if Skip was not natural and he was huge after only a few years of BB...If I remember correctly..he did start hitting the weights till he was 30.and by 33 was huge..

I don't think Skip is natural, but then again Ronnie Colemon claims to be natural too.
