Platz/Costa Workout Videos
I know bigol'legs and da bull have seen these....has anyone else saw these 3 tapes....just finished watchin the 1st one and the chest workout is friggin insane...I'm def gonna go the incline db's like they did, on my next chest day.....then Platz hits hams/calves.....makes me want to hit the gym today, but our gym is closed on Sunday ....if u get a chance to watch these do so...well off to watch the 2nd tape.........be back later.

Just finished tape 2, bis/tris was first(I was not real impressed with the bi/tri workout...they hit them hard and intense, but had to many cheat repa for my liking)... then they hit the quads(Platz quads are friggin unreal).........they did heavy leg ext. and then did full rep squats.....Platz said "that when the weight is to heavy for the quads that's when the butt gets big".....kinda makes sense though if u think about it....when the quads can't complete the movement for squats then the glutes kick in which in turn will make them grow more....guess I really never thought of it that way.
I will watch tape 3 a little late and give input on it to.

Glad you like them so far bro....Halistic training is insane,but it does spur growth..I enioyed these tapes,that's why I'm passing them around...being able to get a glimpse inside Tom Platz's mind is worth it.All the best..DB

Bro just think about doing a weight, then doing the same weight for speed reps, then at the end doing forced reps........all wrapped up in on set....and I mean complete failure.......I didn't count them, but they must have done 10 sets each for incline db press....and not with the same weight either.....one set was like with 60's, then to 100's, then 120's(Costa did 150's), then back to 100's, then to the 80's, then the 50's, then back up to the 100's....this is the kind of stuff they did......friggin unreal.

Tommi is awsome, as intense as dorian and my god when he poses at the end of his video, the best back I have ever seen on ANYONE. Hard as nails and massive! Now days in competitions hes just bloated

Go nonstop between fast-twitch and slow-twitch fiber recruitment (NO REST), like this: A,B,A,B,A,C,A,B,A,C,A,B,A,C,A... rest for about 5-6 mikes and then repeat for large muscle groups if you havent passed out... or thrown up on the weekend lifter next to you. Doing legs like this can make you very nautious...
It's good for size gains - raising limit strength is not really the ultimate goal, but rather completely fatigueing the muscle group for an intense stimulis for growth...
