What four muscle would you be speaking of Buff, im am under the impression that it would take more then for muscles to do this. To extend your arm you are gonna be using your shoulders for the most part, To actually initiate the "bitch slap" your pecs will come into play. Now to stabalize your arm you are gonna use both bi/tris. Now you have to keep your fingers flexed, but mobile inorder to give a good "bitch slap" That is alot more then four muscles.
