Ok I found my AR handbook..(I hid it in my New Playboy Mag so my wife wouldnt find it)

and I read over rule 5967-a and it cleary states.."A avatar change can be blatantly changed if certain circumstances are meet... look at rules. 1234.1-b.. constant name calling.. rule 435.2-q says natural disasters and finally Code 45.2-a states firmaly "An Avatar can be changed without consent of BG if they avatar BLOWS away everyone elses legs...."
