    I am a fawkin idiot

    Well, my right arm is in a splint. I lost my cool last night and hit a door with the palm of my hand and jammed the hell out of my wrist. Went to the doctor today and she thought I might have a small fracture. Wether I do or not doesnt matter, I wont be lifting any time soon.
    I have just ruined the last 2 weeks of my cycle. God damn it! I am so pissed at myself.

    I just hope that in light of all the threads about bros losing control and destroying stuff we've been seeing lately, this will make a few stop and take a breather...

    I could deal with fixing a door, or replastering drywall... but not lifting for a few months that would kill me
