    i've got a friend that does 100 for 10.. he's 190 and only has 16's. I think i could see 150 for 6 coming out of someone nat.

    More than that,but not that ruitine.....saw a guy bust 200# for 12,but went on to other exercises...when my joints are feeling good I can do that weight,but never saw anyone ever do that ruitine in my life,especially natural

    I also had a spotter and have to admit that the last 2 reps on each set needed a little assistance.. and remember im a youngin...

    i second that....i can't imagine someone doing 9 sets of over head tricep extensions up to 150lbs dumbells after doing 25 reps with a 100lbs dumbell...

    thats actually the biggest part on my tri... and at 11% bf I can still see striations in my tris. I didnt go "deep".. as in all the way where my bis hit my shoulders.. but the top of my foreamrs were parallel. and my spotter did help out at the bottom of my last 2 reps on the set...

    so maybe i shoulda said 23..2assisted

    was thinking 3.. 2 on the sides and 1 in the back.. but Id be in a power cage... but the only problem is... FUCKIN spotters will have me loppsided!! Maybe the smith machine... do you think it can hold 800+ ???

    that would be the weight I would do if I did a 4rep negative set...

    I train with 605 usually for 10-12 reps.. I maxed out at 725

    i never went heavier then 405 for reps...below parallel..but that was months ago...it seems like i'm getting wider and wider the more squats i do, so i changed it up, on leg day i do deadlifts heavy as fuck..and then a heavy leg press, 900lbs on up...yes i puke on leg day also...

    anything over 405lbs i needed to wrap my knees just to be safe... that makes a big difference also...knee wraps

    I was thinking negatives the other day.... I usually dont do them on other body parts.. maybe a good back negative day every once in awhile... but what do you think power??

    i would honestly not do negatives its too much risk for injury. I can do 405 for 10-12 reps on squat and get the same thing as doing negatives with 800lbs.....the reason is that i squat so low

    I think most of my quad size comes from leg presses... but a good 20-30 rep hack squat does the trick.... TO PUKE!!
