    I saw these two guys the other day on the power rack doing "no" benches... they put a flat bench under the bar and put the clips just a little bit above the bar.. and would push up the weight and hit the clips... only like 1 inch.. and hold the "push" for a count of 5 and go back down and would do this for 4-5 reps... they said it'd help you get past that sticking point...

    bro i totally agree with you on the leg press.......i had to quit doing it 3 weeks ago because my quads wouldnt fit in my squat suit..........i love them though

    time for a new suit...

    ive never used a suit and I dont wrap my knees.. but If I go over 550+ I use a belt.

    yea i have seen people do this it helps the lockout........i do not do thease though. if my sticking point were at the top i would be doing close grip decline bench or close grip flat bench or use a 2x4 cut into 2 pieces(stack them on top of each other) and lay that across your chest and do the benches(never going all the way to your chest)

    damn thats crazy.......i will always wear knee wraps when i get past 405(when im training) because it raises the pressure in the knee to prevent injury
