ok on my tris all I did was over-head DB presses. but 10 sets
Set1-100 25 reps
Set2-110 20 reps
Set3-120 15 reps
Set4-130 10 reps
Set5-140 8 reps
Set6-150 6 reps
Set7-150 6 reps
Set8-150 4 reps
Set9-100 20 reps
Set10-80 30 reps
Now the strange thing is I actually got my biceps pumped also???
hehe My tris BLEW up.. couldnt even scratch my forehead.. but my biceps got pumped 2.. whats that all about???![]()
