    Well guys I,m off surfing for 1 1/2 weeks so no more boring posts from Sat!!

    The waters to cold for sharks!! But two surfers drowned yesterday where we are going got caught in a rip tide so there will be a surfing type send off by all the surfers there.Part of the surfing culture.

    Just a quick note all of you guys that have been sending me PM,s about diet/supplements ect I won,t be answering them and I am not ignoring you keep em coming and I will answer them when I get back!
