    back from the hunt!!

    well boys and girls....... back from the hunt in illinois, 2 does with the bow, no bucks this year, some geese, mallards and some pheasant, so all in all a good vacation.... but freakin cold man, jesus h christ... 17 degrees when i bagged the does, damn nice to be back in sunny fla , well back to business on the job, and here on the boards, happy holidays to all............Cntndr

    Glad to see you back bro. Sounds like you had a blast. Nice bag! but 17 degrees!? I don't know if I can handle that kind of cold anymore. Do they make tree stands with heaters? hahahahaha

    My balls would form icicles in 17 degrees. It's like 40 here now and I am freezing

    damn bro thats cold especiallt at 5 in the morning..............i havent even had a chance to go hunting this year because my friend tore his ACL and cant go out in the woods(long story short)

    Nice bags though.....thats some nice free lean meet =-)

    thanks all for the kind words, i appreciate it.....man its nice to be back from the cold weather, its a nice change every year to get into some northern hunting, being born and raised here in fla.,I can appreciate seeing the north... its gorgeous.....no bugs , no snakes, no palmettos, but im not sure i could handle it for longer than the 2 weeks i was there, my hats off to all y'all that live up there quite a tough breed to withstand that weather and snow like you do......bravo.....Cntndr

    Good to see there are other hunters. Not many in Ontario anymore with all the new gun laws and crap.
    Here is the Bull Moose I took last month in Northern Ontario.

    Way to go Contender. I didn't even see anything...Other than a few Red Squirrels. Cold and rainy all weekend here. Hopefully I'll get one Thanksgiving day. Mark
