hehe.. today I used partials on biceps.. well specifcally hammer curls..
Id do the full range of motion to just about faluire.. and then id do some partials at the top to pump up even more.. and the 2-3 more full range.. **** it gets you pumped..
ive also been using partial reps in on other muscle group also... hehe Legs is cool to sit at the bottom and come up just a little and go back to 2x4 and repeat!!
