Had to stop lifting today

Well I started with some miltary press.. and for the last 2 days when Ive been lifting Ive gotten a headache and a pain in the back of my head. well today.. as soon as I warmed up and then went a little heavy (245) I felt an immediate headache and some pain... I couldnt lift cause it seemed to cause pressure and the pain was bad. So I guess im gonna take a couple of days off and hopefully itll clear up.

I 've had that happen....take it easy a few days,that's what I'm doing and my rotor is feeling much better....Friday I'm going back in come hell or high water

Rest won't hurt you,probably will spurt growth....some pro's do that purposely,even on cycle

I haven't lifted since Monday....I miss the gym,but I'm feeling much better physically anyway :D

No I totally agree with you man.. usually after a show Ill take 2 weeks off... and probably everyother month Ill take a week off...
