    Cool Happy Thanksgiving AR

    I had a great Thanksgiving dinner and now Im stuffed. Happy Thanksgiving AR. Thanks for the good company my iron brothers and sisters. Hope next year is better than this one and Xmas dinner will be as good as todays was.

    I'm still eating..can't stop..I must have done 7000cals already today and I'm still going..but loving every minute of itcardio big time tomorrow....Happy holidays all.

    I agree with all u about the cardio, but i have ate so much that i might fall of a tredmill at the gym if i try to run.... I feel like im carrying a baby in my stomach.......
