Extreme Pain In My Shoulder!!

Anyone here ever suffer from a shoulder injury called bursitis? If so could you please give me some ideas on how to heal this sum of a bitch. Ive been off for 5 weeks and it has gotten slightly better I also went to the doc and he said to take some IBPro. and Ice it. I was hoping for maybe a few more ideas if you could.

Just done a search on Google. try it, there's a lot of info out there on it. I'm suffering with a messed up rotator cuff for approc 12 yrs now and the only relief I get is deca.
