    Resolution/Colors/screen Size

Hey Bros, Had to replace my hard drive and seem to be stuck with only 16 colors and minimul screen size. Had 240 b4 hd change and have installed a much larger drive. Have tried everything I can think of including Microsoft website ( previously asked questions) and nothing. Any suggestions?

Okay bro, I see this problem often. First off you may need to go to the respected manufacturers website, and download the driver before you try what I am fixing to tell you.
Go into device manager, and remove the video card, by clicking on the video card and clicking "remove". Reboot immediately, 9 times out of 10 it will automatcially pick up the video card again and automatically install the driver, if not then you will need the driver.
This should take care of you, I see this often.

he replaced his hard drive. the previous one had all the device settings / drivers stored on it. the new one didn't. he had to do a fresh install.
