i was doing calf raises on a box the other day and the DAM* thing slipped and I cut the crap out of both of my shins.

Had the fine folks at my cardio-paradise gym pissed off at me for destroying one of their "step workout" platforms...
It's the only thing in the gym I can use to do proper and DEEP standing calf raises... no spotters so I use the smith, load up 270-300 lbs (what? I'm not bigol!!!) ant let her rip...
Last time I did that, I felt the plastic from the platform kinda buckle... next thing I knew the front part of my feet went thru! Talk about messing up a set!
Going to have to make myself a calf raise box with 2x4's and a 2x6 platform and leave it at the gym. I figure if I paint it pink, they won't even notice!

I should be so lucky to have the whole gym watch in awe... then again I'd have to lift at the gym first. Anyway Bigol, theres a guy that posted in the members pic section today I think (I just saw it today) whos quads are HUGE!!! I don't know if his are actually bigger but it made me think of you after a cycle.

abs

Yeah the other day I was doing seated dumbell presses with 10lb db's and they were like **** go bro it's your birthday. The only time I get some looks is when I am doing barbell shrugs with 4 plates a side and that's by the super skinny ones.

on a serious note: How many reps and sets Big at that weight? I streached the everlovin crap out of my left calve last friday morning. I thought it was only a cramp and only had another 4 reps to go so I pushed past it and finished the set. I finished the other sets but I had to reduce the weight to keep proper form.
