What's harder to take.......

What seems to be the hardest food to continually stomach on the quest for protien???????

For me...eggs. I'm not a big fan...even with the yolks (yellows). I love chicken and I mix pineapple (or mustard) with my tuna so it's not so dry.

the foods are fine, it's the shakes i can't stand!

EGGS, but i blend them with milk ice cream and honey then thats pretty tasty....:cheers:

That's like saying I eat tons of brocoli but i melt cheddar cheese on top and add a little butter as well :)

I love tuna..only when mixed with like mayo..or micrale whip..however..when it comes to dieting down for the summer...mayo just doesn't cut it..so that is what i have my most problems stomaches...

Im with dane on this one. Putting down those shakes can be nasty.......but they work.

Tuna I opened a tin the other day and nearly boffed.I used to eat so much of that stuff I really can,t stand it anymore

the smell of tuna makes me wanna puke. eggs, like to scramble them up and throw them on a bagel with some ham / turkey & cheese.

tuna.... i eat it straight outta the can. pretty dry nasty stuff

Tuna No question. I hate the stuff. I forced it down as long as I could stand and now I refuse to eat that crap.

I'd have to say chicken, after a while it all starts to taste sooo dry. I eat 6 eggs a day, two per protien shake and can't get enough of them. Shit some times i'll even drink them in a glass on their own, I love it! and fish, well FI don't eat any fish :D (no pun intended) :lol:

But they're too cheap and good for you to pass up...even WITH the yolks like my good bro petey pab said. No sauce, vegetable, spice makes them appetizing to me...in fact i dread meal number 6 or 7, because that is when i usually bust out the young cluckers.

tuna is the nastiest shit I've ever forced myself to eat..
I love chicken breast, turkey breast, eggs , but tuna is just NASTY (to me)
