    Forgot my **** shaker

    I now have to pour the protein powder directly in my mouth and slosh water around to swallow

    Do what the guy does in the milk comercial, put the powder in your mouth, then water and tilt your head back and girggle till its mixed..lol

    For someone that is usually brilliant with their posts, I am going to take advantage of this and give advice to you for the first time.


    There was an easier way of doing this. Go buy a bottle water and pour out some of the water. Make a funnel out of a piece of paper and pour the protein powder into the watter bottle. Shake and drink.

    I am so impaitent, i just take my powder, mix it in a cup of water and down it... I can't stand cleaning my blender and buying icecream and bull****...

    I never tried taking a scoop, pouring it my mouth, and swishing it with water... Next you'll be doing lines of protein!!!

    Can I ask why you would eat the powder stright up and wash it down rather than buy a bar or carry a cup with you. Although I agree carrying a cup is gay and somewhat of an annoyance.

    4. I cannot leave my desk untill after 2:30
    5. I am not going to pour out most of the water in my GALLON jug to mix a couple scoops of protein

    SO
    Gallon Jug of Water

    No glasses
    No way of leaving my desk
