I have gotten a lot of help from some **** fine bros on here! Pheedno, Ron, & Warrior have given me the most help from the vet/mod group. I believe that my vote for the most helpful would go to (believe it or not) Da Bull. Aside from all of his bull ****, he is ready, willing, and able to help anybody. I know the guys that I mentioned first get inandated with PM's from bros asking for help, so I tried to limit that from my end. I consider DB as one of my closest friends on here, and he has always been willing to help out.

I would add that I have only had one request for help from a mod on this board, go unanswered, and it was an "iffy" question. All of the mods and vets have been A+ material. Don't forget that some members here have tons of useful knowledge and are also willing to help.

(I know that I left out several asses that need kissing, but this was the list of asses that have helped me the most.)

member.. Training wise I would say BB71 and let me explain why. Putting my routines down on paper and having someone try them and telling me the results has actually help me out a lot.

Wow, way to many bro's come to mind!!! Every Mod and Vet has really helped me learn a lot the past year. I've been helped out a lot by all of them!!! I would however like to mention Bask8kace. He's a stand up guy and has a lot of helpful info.
