The American scientists pondered the question "why is there a head on the end of a penis?" and decided to do the research and post their findings. They spent maybe $1000 and three weeks of testing and came to the conclusion that the head of a penis is there to provide the woman with maximum pleasure.

The Brits catch wind of what the Americans were up too and not wanting to let the Americans put out the only answer to this question decided to find out for themselves. So after spending 1 million dollars and a whole year of research they came to the conclusion that the head of a penis is there to provide the man with maximum pleasure.
