    The 45's are only for about 4 reps, the 70 pounds is about 4-6 reps. I dunno, i'm weird lol

    Christ!! i guess it's just my left arm..stuff is harder for it, i might be using my right arm more on barbell curls And yeah bornbad, not juicing for 5 years is enough lol
