Yah there's no foolin costa he knows. I miss powerhouse in centerline back in the days when he used to run it. Man that gym was bodybuilder heaven. Costa did his share. You ever train at Worlds? Some heavy saucers in there bro. Thers a member here named CatGrabber he lives couple buildings over from me on my block he trains there. Now that close. He should be posting on here soon. I sent him a PM about this post. He's a big boy.

lol..i'm getting sloppy..hope nobody caught that!!!!!! yea i have a few bros that train at worlds, I'd like to go there one time..I've been to Eastside, and Powerhouse on gratiot a few times too.. I heard the same thing from my older friends about powerhouse centerline that was the spot to be back in the day.. I'm sure we know the same people now..thats too funny bro

Ah no way dude you been to eastside gym too!?!? I still pop in there. That my first gym I started at. Do you remember any of the owners?

Only the current owner...my buddy has been there for years, and he knows the history of that place better then me... I think the guy bought that place for like 200,000 dollars...Thats pretty cheap, he charges me 8.00 a daily, thats why i stick at my home gym... I know the guy who owns extreme fitness, i used to work with him back in the day at the powerhouse he personal trained at, before he bought it...another really good guy
