Paulie Sr. benches 405
I am watching last night's episode of American Chopper and Paul Sr. and Michael are working out at Gold's. Paul Sr. just benched 405. Wow, I think that's really good for a guy who's gotta be close to 50. I wanna be that jacked when I'm his age, hell I'd like to be that big now. Mark

I love that show. The stuff they make is pretty incredible, and that bunch is funny as hell. Reminds me SOOOO much of some of the shops I've worked in. Especially aircraft fab shops. Man, those guys are cracked.

I grew up right near all those guys. Thats some good weight for an old head....especially if its all old man power. Wouldnt say its overly uncommon for ppl to press 4 plates, but at 55 its pretty badass.
