    What is the proper way to measure legs?

    I took a measuring tape and wrapped it around about the midpoint between my knee and hip, maybe just higher. It came out to 26 inches. What are some other people's measurements?

    I measure mine 10" above the top of the knee..........mine are between 24-25.

    Flexed I came up just under 28, but I might not have measured in the same spot as before.
