    45lb+ dumbells

    anyone know any good websites to order dumbells from? i need to add to my home gym, incase i miss a day at the local gym i can hit up my home stuff.

    Umm.. dude, I don't even want to guess what you would pay in shipping and handling on dead weight.. I suggest you gu to a local store that sells bodybuilding products (including weights)

    Buy them second hand as they are so cheap that way in the UK new weights are about £1 per KG which can work out expensive.Look through the local rag someone will be selling some
