If you ever have a question about form or anything, it's in that book, the diet information is a little dated but the exercise part is classic. Lots of great pictures as well. It's worth the money!

Arnold's book is great for a reference to performing exercises and the pictures are inspirational. Get it but don't have to buy it twice like I did. The paperback can fall apart easily. Pages start to seperate from the binding and it sucks. Best advice, spend the extra $ on the hardcover.

I have 2 copies of it. One I got about 12 years ago, and the pages are all falling out. The other one I got about a year ago (the updated version) and it's still in good shape. Not much difference in the two really.
It's not the BEST by any means, but it's great if you're looking for that first real kick into the world of bodybuilding. I found it to be very inspirational if nothing else.
A better reference source is Bill Pearl's "Keys to the Inner Universe". You could go your whole life and never do all of the exercises in that book. It's a little dated, but it's definitely a good addition if you like designing your own workouts and want some variety.
