    What's Your Bodytype: The Poll

    The poll option didn't work the first time so...

    Ectomorph: Naturally skinny, low bodyfat, narrow waist and shoulders. Skinny legs. Finds it hard to gain weight without AS.

    Mesomorph: Naturally musular. Thicker arms and legs. Tends to put muscle on more easily.

    Endomorph: Naturally fat, higher bodyfat. Round shape. Tends to put on weight as fat.


    I'm a combination of a mesomorph and an ectomorph. I'd say 80% mesomorph, but my metabolism will hit skids where it burns calories like there's no tomorrow.

    I think i am a ectomorph and a mesomorph on juice! so what does that make me now.....

    juiceomorph= huge arms, huge legs, low body fat, and tends to put on huge quantiests of quality mass, in record times

    I KINDA HAVE THE LEX LUGER LOOK OF THE LATE 80s EARLY 90s BEFORE HE GOT REAL BIG AND CUT....BUT THAT'LL CHANGE IN 10 WEEKS ON MY END.

    Same here. Right now i'm feeling more of a Fatius/Assius than anything. Mine kinda Yo Yo's. I guess you could say Meso/Endo.

    Meso/Endo too.
    I used to feal like I got the short end of the stick too. I was fat as a very young kid. But I see these guys who eat and cant gain a pound. I not only gain fat easy but I gain muscle easy. The only draw back I see to myself is if I layoff training for a couple months I'll be a major fat ass. (I know from experience)

    ok iam not to sure what i'am

    befor i started weights i was skinny body but with big legs and arms but i cant really say it was fat or muscle.. i had no gut nor a 6 pac... so iam kinda confuse.

    When i was a kid, definately Ecto. But after a bad accident in '89, i turned to AS, went from 145 to 225 and haven't looked back since.

    Another meso/endo here...however I was an ecto as a kid and teen....weighed 150lbs when I graduated from high school. Shit!! I've gained 100lbs since high school!!

    mesomorph. i can put it on and take it off very easily. i've gained 5lbs of muscle in the 6 month i've been off cycle. i'm planning on 25-30 lbs from my next cycle, then gonna rip it down to about to 250@7-8% in may/june

    I'm Meso/Ecto , I'm naturally very athletic/muscular and my metabolism is insane, I can mc donald's for a week straight and not gain an ounce of fat.

    Definitely ecto. If I try to cut without drugs I'll lose a LOT of hard-won muscle. Argh. And the only way I can put on weight during a massing phase is to eat 6000-8000 calories per day. Double argh!

    I'll call myself an endomorph because I was a chubby kid, but now I'm 235lbs with about 15% bf & a 38" waist. Easy gainer, but I gotta watch those carbs!

    I´d say I´m Ecto/Meso but more Ecto thoug. Naturally I´m pretty skinny but not just extremely. But I do hate the fact that my wrists are pretty narrow and it´s really hard gain muscle mass on them. Other than that I´m pretty happy.

    The worst thing about bein an Ecto is you eat 6 or 7 times a day and your stomach looks like you swallowed a basketball. Then I look like a Pregomorph.

    Im a meso endo--

    I can stay pretty muscular by using 5 pound dumbells - but If I dont keep an eye on what I eat.. Ill get chubby!

    Believe it or not, ectomorph. 8 yrs ago, I was 6'2" and 160 lbs. I ate two lunches a day at school and ate sandwiches between classes. Today, I'm 6'3" and 260. I fight everyday for my size. 7000 calories when bulking and 5000 to maintain. I'm dieting for a show right now and I'm still at 4500 calories.

    Im an Ecto waaaaa, im a endo waaa! If your either of these stop your biatchin!!! I think I have the worst body type one could have ever hoped for,I maybe the worlds first and only Ecto-Endomorph!!!

    No joke guys. I have the skinniest chicken legs and the tiniest forearms, but have a nice set of love handles to go with it. My chest isnt all that lean either.

    Kinda like being stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Cant eat to gain a lot of muscle cause I'll get fat, and cant really diet down cause I'll loose the muscle I do have. Now those are problems people!!!!

    I do very high intenstiy training (few sets, low reps heavy ass weights), and I also run 3times a week. Most of my diet revolves around alot of god damn protien, not too highly glycemic carbs, cept for the gatorade I take with my creating (the ghetto method of Creatine Transport Systems). Most of my fat intake comes from beef and flax oil.

    Anything I can do to put on some decent muscle and burn fat? Im 23, strongly considering AS now.

    What can I say100% mesomorph. At 6'0 I can get up to 200lbs bulky but not fat around 12% or 180 at 6% they both work for me

    im hardcore ectomorph, can eat 10 pounds of food then go weigh myself and somehow i only gain 1 pound. its weird

    meso 40 percent
    endo 60 percent

    I can gain weight so fast its not even funny
    i put 15 pounds without juice in less then 2 months

    3-5 might have been fat
    5-7 pounds muscle
    and the rest water

    and when i try to cut down, i end up loosing muscle mass
    now that i discovered juice
    i dont think that will be a issue any more!!!!
