Submission wrestling and BJJ On and a lot of OFF for the last two years...I am so injury prone. I always turn my ankles, sprain my big toe, tweak a shoulder, etc....

Aikido for 2 years now and Jeet Kune Do just recently. Got to see old home videos of my master's brother training with Bruce Lee in his backyard. Pretty cool.

modified accelerated wing chung gung fu (jeet kun do) 3 years
thinking to go back into it and train with one of the dog brothers, even tho i wasnt much for his guru, innosanto but since I am not in Los angels anymore i will have to settle with what I can -bt at least I can practice kali again and back into stick/kife fighting
