    Realstate agenst can suck my .....

    I had a sunday appt. at 11 am up in an area by my moms house.
    Im looking for acre lots to build houses on. Quick utility hook up and quick build making for a quick sale. There are hundreds of acre parcels up in that area but finding the owner of the land is hard so I decided to go through a realitor. "Reality execs" Two weeks ago I asked for the lady to get me some info on the area and find some properties. She said sure and seemed eager. She never called me back. Friday, I call up a different Reality exec and he says he has 32 parcels he can show me. Im excited thinking I will find the properties I need in one day.
    I show up at 11 am and his secretary says he isnt in yet. 10 minutes he will be here. I HATE PEOPLE WHO ARE LATE. Especially professional services such as that one. EARLY IS ON TIME. ON TIME IS LATE. Do NOT waste my time. Do not be unprofessional, set up an appt and be late for it.
    15 minutes go by. I walk in and ask for him again. He will be in 5 minutes.
    10 minutes later I walk into an office and hear a guy on the phone with his back towards me talking about his DSL router. He was the guy I had the appt with at 11. Its now 11 30. I dont know he is the guy I was seeing.
    I walk back out and ask when the guy is gonna be in. She says "Oh well he has to go down town and then will be back.
    I GOT F U C K I N G PISSED. Its 11 45. I told the girl that Im getting a new agent.

    Im driving home, call the guy up and realize he was the one with his back to me in the office. I ask " Do you always miss your appts? He says "What do you mean? I say" I waited 45 minutes for you to show up. He said " I was there. I say" No, I waited 45 minutes.
    He then says" I was on the phone trying to get my DSL up.
    OMFG. I was ready to drive back there and kick his HISPANIC SUIT WEARING ASS.
    I asked if he knew of any realitors that keep their appts. He seemed confused at what I was asking. Finally he realized I was asking for a realitor who wasnt a DI P****.

    I wasted 2 hours of my life driving to a reality exec office only to have a guy try to get his DSL router up. WTF is that all about.
    I wish I had a way to F U C K up his Monday. I wish I wish. Sure he is gonna miss out on a sale, but he wont know about it. I doubt the regional manager will care.

    If anyone has any ideas, works in the reality community and knows what I can do to make him miserable for wasting my day, I would appreciate it.

    Just call his broker... that's the guy he works for.......... ask for another agent that the broker can recommend..

    won't get that time back for ya but it might get you something...........

    I just realized how long that post really is... and I read it all... I'm proud of myself... you should feel honored bermich, I didn't skip any of the words. I have no advice for you... I'm just here... offering my condolonces for a ****ty sunday afternoon.

    He had the biggest office so I am assuming he was the general manager of that branch. I can call regional and tell them whats up with their branch and how they missed out on a sale. I can use my company name to make it seem like I have millions to spend. Thats about it. I doubt it will cause any ill affect. I thought about that license thing. I would love to have the broker internet to look up addresses and such. That would save me 30 k a year just on comission fees and listing fees.
    Think it would be worth it or does it not work like that?

    do it........

    i did along time ago.....

    and you can save even more.. there are brokers that will let you keep 75%-90% of the commission.. just letting your license sit with them..

    nope...not me buddy. i read the first sentence, a lil in the middle, and the last.

    In reponse, test should be a base for all cycles, and proper PCT is a must.....

    I think you can........... depends on the state..

    do a look up on realestate licensing requirments.. (your state)

    most will............ unless the felony is white collar.......

    Its not federal but it is a strike. Also violent offender comes up. Im almost certain I cant get a realistate license. Anyway. Realitors suck. Unless they can make a quick sale, they dont care anymore. Houses are booming and they can sell 3 houses a day and dont wanna drive out and show land. I HATE THAT. When the market is slow is when they will be kissing my ass and begging to show me EVERYTHING I wanna see.
    That is such a bad way of doing business.

    The other thing that sucks is when you show up in a work truck, they think you are just some idiot. Its like "Excuse me, but that work truck cost more than two of your bmws"
    I actually said that to a car salesman one time. I parked my worktruck with my trailer in the turning lane with my hazzard lights on cause there was no where else to park it. The salesman saw me walk up and just assumed I was some poor white trash worker. I told him I wanted to test drive the audii. He looked at my clothes and then at my truck and asked if I had a co signer and money in the bank bla bla bla.
    At that moment I literally said" You can F off with that bull**** line assuming I cant afford any of these piece of **** cars you have. That truck and trailer out in the street can pay for your house." I cant remember if I talked to a different guy after that or if I just left that day. It happened a lot and pissed me off a lot. The only time I have to look at cars is when I am driving home from working. Why go home, take a shower, get the nice car to go look.??

    Everyone is worried about the quick sale and cant see past tomorrow.

    I absolutely respect the guys who go the extra mile for the average person. I refer all my friends to those people and in the end, they make 10xs more with referals and future business than they do with that QUICK BIG SALE. Thats why 2 years later, 75 percent of those people dont work there anymore.

    So true./.... i learned along time ago... once someone gets that 1st million... they change the way they dress... and those that really earned it... never change the way they dress....

    that's alot like myself as well.. but because i work with alot of banks.. i still have to wear the old suit about 1 x a week.. that's ok.. i have been wearing the leather so that's cool.

    Thanks. Like I said. All my posts are pissy today just due to that appt thing and last nights V day thing. Plus I have been off cycle for a month and havent started clomid yet. I think I am PMSing.

    Dont get me wrong. I do dress nice. But Im not gonna go out of my way to go home, take a shower, and get the other car when I am passing by the place on the way home.

    I know society places a lot on first impressions but smart business's usually train their employees not to do that.
