Perfect physique

I know a lot of people just want to keep on getting bigger and bigger, but do any of you have a dream physique in mind that is your ultimate goal. A celebrity or something? Mine is Christian Bale in American Psycho, as you'd probably have already guessed if you caught my other thread. You can see how far I am away from that in the member's pics section, but I can't really complain since I haven't put any work in yet. I'm sure this topic comes up all the time, but I'm also sure that people love talking about their dreams.

Christian bales body is rather simple to get. Very little muscle mass and just really ripped. No steroids are needed to look like that, just run a lot/lots of cardio and lift weights and keep a lean diet.

I'm sure you know this yourself, but when you're just starting out you have no idea of what is needed to get a particular physique you have in mind. It's encouraging to hear that it's fairly simple to achieve what I would like to achieve. I wouldn't be interested in using AS at the moment anyway. I'm too young (19) and I don't really want to make my life any more complicated. Then there's the cost side. Perhaps my outlook will be different when I'm more mature.

Oh man if I only had a goal to achieve like yours skin and bone I'd be sooooooooo close. Honestly if you arent really fat and your somewhat thin you could be there in like a year if your stats are like a normal guys. With my it will take me about 5 or 6 years with about 2 cycles a year to get where i want to go and I still wont probably be there and to be honest I dont want to be using roids 6 years down the road.

Well, i'm sure you'll hit that bro.. That's bigggggg, I'd be comfortable at like 250lbs 10-12% at least 20 inch arms cold... All the offseason bodybuilders are upwards of 300+lbs.. The guy that comes to mind is latimer from 'the program' not ripped, but lean at 250+

Exactly, I don't want my waist over 36.. i could care less about abs.. Just as long as there is development there, not just a huge dunlap belly.. The arms, lol the arms important.. at least 20's!!!!

Yeah, that's my goal at the moment. Once I build a bit of muscle and get that ripped I might find myself wanting to go further. Who knows?

I watched Terminator 2 again a few days ago. Isn't the scene at the start where Arnold walks into the biker bar naked ****ing excellent? The hairs stand up on my neck. Part of me fantsises about looking like that. I'd never do it, but imagine being that big...

But to be honest, in t2 he wasn't that big, as far as muscle mass is concerned, i'm bigger as is many folks on this board, he was pretty ripped though, especially for an old fart.

Yeah what a bad comeback that was for him......he's so much smaller now also I hope he gets himself back in top shape. Even though he was incredibly boring to watch.

BDTR- I would kill for your physique. Hudge freaking arms and shoulders. Been trying to get there for 4 years now. Difficult battle but I am in it for the long hall. If I hit 250lbs of solid mass I would be happy as hell.

I think Bob Paris had one of the greatest physiques and hope to achieve that level of conditioning one day.

i want to be about the same size as the rock. i wont say the same weight cause he's 3" taller than me but the way he looked in the rundown was f*ckin a PERFECT. on another note, im already much bigger than christian bale is and ive only been back into lifting about 4 months. granted im nowhere near that ripped but hey you cant have it all at once.

id wouldnt mind looking like johnny jackson when he was around 200 lbs for contest weight, he's the same height as me so it give me a pretty good idea of what id like to look like at that certain weight. here's a pic of him at 225 contest weight
