Got a lil problem on my hands what do you guys think?

I just started dating another girl. Its been about two months , maybe just over one now that i think of it. None the less her X is freaking out now. They've been broken up since September and they really haven't talked since then, now that hes seen my car at her house when im there he'll call both her cell and house a billion times but she wont talk to him. Then he's threated to key my car. He showed up at the door twice. I ansered it once and pretty much shut it in his face and the mofo backed down and drove away.... Now this has pissed me off to the point where i will hoesntly beat him so bad that the brain damage will make sure he can't remember the last 4 years. If i start this i will not stop, and i swear i go beat his ****ing cancer ridden mother too if i have to. Im sorry if this sounds harsh but hes playing with fire here. I wanna make him a ****ing human vegetable, you know the ones you gotta ****ing spoon feed. I am really gonna mess this ****er up if he keeps this up... Though the girl im with is moving in about a week (10 days) and he won't know where she is nor her phone number after that. Plus its really out of his way. Should i find this ****er and ruin his life or just put up with it for now and wait? cause honestly i'll hunt the ****er down and if i can't find him i'll hit him where it will hurt the most. I make vegetables out of his ****ing friends and family. that worthless piece of ****, keeps talking ****. I'd like to see him key my car hes all ****ing talk, i looked into his eyes and he was ****ting his pants. My girl is like he'll do it wanna park in my garage? hes stole cars b/f etc. what the **** do i care. stole care i know he wont touch my car and he hasn't ... i swear if he does i'll pin him up in a line infront of his family and ****ing put my sword through his throat taking out his family at the same time. i kill 4 ****ing useless idiots with one blow. im soo ****ing pissed right now ... and whats worse is i can't work out i can only let this **** bottle inside me. and then she tells me he once held a gun to someone (first i think thats bull****) second real men don't need ****ing guns, and if he was man enough to pull the gun out he should be man enough ot pull hte ****ing trigger. ****ing guy probably needs one to feel safe. What this asshole is doing is stalking... quite illegal. Have your girl call the cops the next time he harasses you guys, heck you call the cops... he's stalking you too. Heck tell the cops you're willing to get a restraining order if thats what it takes.

If he persists get a PFA or restraining order. I he shows up after that you will be free to kick his ass. You'll probably be safe from criminal charges but it may be open to a civil suit if you hurt him too bad. It's a tough situation.
