Why I HATE the "Emo" music trend!!!

Normally, I could give two sh*ts about people and their likes and dislikes, but being on a college campus, you can imagine the number of people I must deal with on a daily basis.

The people in particular that I am talking about are called, "Emo" kids. They listen to EMO music which stands for Emotional if you couldn't figure that out.

We have all seen them before, They are skinny as a rail, they have hair that is a cross between Jon Bon Jovi and Modonna in her early years. They wear zip up sweatshirts with jeans and dumbass bowling or soccer shoes.

Now, the music is even MORE intolerable than the people who follow it. Imagine The Cure, but slower and more depressing with half the talent, that's EMO. It's
so immense at my college that it is starting to be really annoying. Their hardcore liberal attitude usually accompanies this certain musical preference. I don't care what way you swing, but I don't force my views on anyone, so don't get on your high horse and call me a white, racist, greedy, homophobe!!!

This is true, very girly...I just cant deal with their drama music. I go for the tomboys with big shoulders that rock decent stuff and laugh at dead baby humor.. \m/ cheers on the inked ladies though

That is the way I feel about the "rap kids"...baggy clothes..Jordans...or the Cat. Boots with sweat pants..makes me want to get a little "hate crime-ish"..little skinny kids with their hats spun backwards with clothes so big, they look like a laundry pile...or fat white girls....

hhmmmm.....I guess that I am just an old fashioned country boy....I don't really desire any of the above mentioned women & definitely can't stand the guy pukes from these groups. Showing my age and my roots I guess.
