ok, do this so we won't have to keep wastin space and time by writing back and forth in this thread.

when you find an image you want / like. right click on it, and choose "Save to Disk" - save it in a location that's easy to find (say the desktop). then, goto your UserCP and choose edit Options. scroll down to the bottom and click on Change Avatar. you can figure out the rest pretty easily....
