and inject 1cc using a 23ga or a 25 ga pin gpz.com

learn what asperate means, and how to do it..

use a different site for each injection..
go to www.spotinjections.com


do this everyday for 6 weeks...






If you enjoy, the process...

then you can start your 1st cycle.....

test e or test cyp 400mg per week...

for 12 weeks..

have nolv, or liq dex... and run these throughout the cycle...

purchase some clomid... like 50 tabs...

300mg day 1
100mg day 2
50mg day 3-21

I know i missed something...............

do not buy winny............do not buy dbol
do not do a oral only cycle...

Don't be lazy... it is better to remain silent and have others assume you are stupid...

You do not have to shoot test e or test cyp everyday. They're both long acting esters. Nor do you have to shoot B-12 daily. What's your point? Or is this thread a joke that I'm missing.

You missed it.............. i did say test e and test cyp is 1x week...

and the issue is so many don't want to inject...

learn how with B-12....

and you don't have to inject everyday...

but......... eventually............ on that 3-4th cycle...

you will...............test pro/tren/eq ed.................

If you're rotating injection sites try this.

Shoot the body part you're training that day either in the morning or right before you workout. It's going to be sore anyway from training, the shot just makes it a little more sore. Another plus, you've already trained the body part so the soreness a few days later won't interfere. I shoot my quads then train legs the same day and hammer the hell out of them. That's how I got through my T400 cycle.
