I've learned almost as much here as I have from school and certification courses. I study Kinesiology & Health Sciences, BSC at a leading University in Toronto. But when I write term papers and articles for small magazines on training, nutrition and supplements, most of what I write comes from AR. Personal experiences count for more then what most people think. Sure, I know the physiological and chemical effects from schooling, but the experiences of all the members are a greater and more practical source of information. I'm all about practicality over theoretics.

I remember Arnold saying how small the gym was, and how much life was put into it just from the people...There are tons of message boards out there; dead and alive.
