I would like to make a plea to all bodybuilders to please stop using 45lbs plates
on the small e-z curl bar for doing arms it looks very silly. Please just use two 25lbs plates per side. thank you.
Another interesting fact i have observed lately is that most of the naked men prancing around the locker room at the ymca dont actually workout. They just wander around naked.
