Everday i wake up get on my scale and if my weight is lower it ruins my day
if its higher then i feel great. A couple weeks ago i broke the glass out of the
little window and used a grease marker to mark 210lbs and then whenever i got
on it i could chase that weight. today i am at the 210 mark.
I followed an interseting diet for instance yesterday i ate 1 whole pizza 4 cans of ensure meal replacement 1 meat pie,6 raw eggs, 1 entire chocolate cake "1000cals" ,1 half of a new york steak . a tub of yogurt a non alcohol beer, plus a buch of other stuff i cant remember. you would think i'd get fat but im not fat
at all.
