Where do you sign up for the training seminar to learn how to bench 700lbs under 35% body fat? Is it possible to bench heavy, and not be a complete fat ass?

Yes.........There are some big benchers that arent fat at all..Scott Mendelson is very lean and just tried a 936lb bench press, just missed it though...He had like 2inches to go before lockout. Anyone that can hold almost 1000lbs above their head is a bada$$ in my book

I know guys, that one guy was benching 455 with a 70 inch waist, and a **** shirt on.. I give them credit, but i don't even think those were legal lifts, they were bouncing them off their chest, and ugggh.. oh well - i can't talk i can't bench 700lbs..

I'll tell you one thing, its a lot easier to bench 700 lbs with a 70 inch waist and a chest so high the bar only has to go up about 4 inches.

Tell me about it bro, powerlifters train for strength, they don't necessarily give a fuk what they look like.. It does help tremendously when they have the santa claus belly..

Thats what im talking about. If i weighed 400 lbs with like 35-40% body fat, theres no doubt in my mind i could push 800 lbs off my chest.

I just honestly really truly dont even like bench press...It really doesnt prove strength......I am more impressed by someone who deadlifts 600-700 800-900lbs....Because i can promise you this there is no magic suit that will help you move more weight...The absolute most a deadlift suit will help you is 10-20lbs and that is just the extra "pop" of the floor.....After that its all YOU.
