I am in the process of putting together a section of my site dedicated to the Arnold Classic... I took over 500 pictures this weekend including some pretty cool videos...

Nice bro! I love going to expo's, getting to take pics with famous people, hot models, etc....I know you had to wait a while in line for arnie, but how long did you have to wait for big ron? Great Pics

Thanks! The line for big Ron was not too bad... about 15 minutes... it was worth it

Man, I was supposed to go to the expo on sat, I was sick as a dog all weekend, I didnt leave my house! Im sure it was a blast.

Bro, I just took the time to check out your website...you should add some pics of your wife to your sig, you & your wife have made great strides....is she a member? I hate to ask....but did she do that naturally or get some help?

We both did it natural... as far as I know, everyone you see on my site is natural... She is not a member, she gets upset when some idiots try to shoot me/us down... And thanks!

During my 4 months of dieting I ate lots of fiberous vegis and very lean protein sources... 6 small meals every 3 hours... When it came to bulking I went up to about 4500 calories eating every 2 hours!
This is what my diet used to look like...

I love expos. I missed the O last year and I will for sure be there this year. Other than seeing all the freaks, you get t-shirts, protein bars and powders for cheap or even free!!!
