    Hoss....

    is injured. Just spoke to his girl. He ripped his bicep away from the bone an hes still in the hospital. She said he was just working out and was doing curls and it just happened.

    That happened to me in an arm wrestling comp 4 years ago. Bicep turned around to the side completely.

    Eh it happens.....one time i was doing shoulder presses and to warm up i picked up 55 pound dumbells off the rack and just pulled my back out and couldnt work out for a week. Just freaky sh*t
