    Working out the inside of your chest?

    Ok since nobody goes into the friggin workout questions section....I'm asking it here....what do you guys do to work out the inner most part of your chest???

    Dumbell flys work pretty good... thats a good idea, i gotta check out that workout forum..

    Close grip bench is what you are looking for. Hands down.

    Do cable cross overs, but lie down on the ground or on a bench. Really squeeze when you cross your arms. REDROCK

    Actually I'm in the workout section daily answering questions.

    I see PurePower knows what he's talking about, DIPS. Guys, your crazy if your not including dips into your chest workout.

    yea have to agree with everyone, but i do bench dips so my palme are faceing backwards

    I like decline close grip...barbell for heavy sets...dbells at the end really focusing on pushing together at top of rep.

    I disagree with close grip barbell that mostly works on triceps. Dumbell flys and dips IMO are the only way to go.

    Yeah since I had a problem with my left shoulder dumbell flies are out of the question for me.....i can hit the dips though.

    Both of my shoulders are bad, one has an impingement and the other was dislocated in a ATV accident last year, I haven't been able to do dips since the accident. any suggestions?
