I think I'll be dead from pain by sunrise tomorrow
It's 2:00 am and i just woke up to the worst and most intense pain i've EVER felt in my life. It was pulsing across my whole **** body so it took me a minute to realize it was coming from my ****ing mouth!! I went and looked in the mirror, and something crazy happened to one of my back teeth in my sleep. I don't even know how to describe it except to say it hurts ****ing BAD!!!
As I'm taking a year off between college and (hopefully...assumign i get in) law school, I have no dental insurance. Are dentists going to want to see the cash before they'll do anything? I mean, this is a legit emergency. I looked in the mirror and it doesn't look pretty. I assume they'll just yank the thing and that's FINE by me, just get rid of this pain you bastards. I have no idea how much that'll cost, but I'll be even more pissed if i have to sit in line at the bank tomorrow to withdraw 900 bucks for the whole process. ****KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.
Tell me someone knows how this whole dental scam works....it's in the wee hours of the morning and i'm not going to call a friend and ask.

This sucks! Evidently you grind your teeth in your sleep. it shouldn't cost much for a tooth pull. Take along that old family checkbook...they should honor that...or at least the credit card. All doctors take cc.
For your prescription, I recommend you taking a couple of vicadin and pray for sleep.

hmmm maybe goto the hospital, if its an emergency won't they treat you for free?
If it's swollen, just bite down on it really hard, push it back into place... I've had that before and that's worked... you might get lucky.

I guess a man of your intelligence often overlooks the small things. It won't help tonight, but get a danm credit card. This is where they come in so handy. They are best when used for convenience, not for credit.
Maybe they will take the debit card.

Depends what kind of work you need done. If it's a 2 step process. They'll have you pay partial now and the balance on your return visit.

FYI... Hospitals have Dentists on staff for emergency extractions. They'll do it for free in an ER and bill you.

UPDATE SWEATER MONKEYS:
Have an appointment for later today. The pain is sooo much more bearable now, I think because the intensity of it simply outpaced the nerve's ability to keep up. Gahd i hate this crap.

Bro I hate the dentist as much as I hate Mart! hahahaha Seriously, I'm sure the dentist will work with you on payment. Hope you get t feeling better soon. More than likely they'll give you antibiotics to kill the infection before they go rooting around in there. Good luck.

i think you should have tried to take the tooth out yourself.
i mean, if they are going to pull it, you might as well try to at least save yourself some cash.
use the old fishing line and door slam trick, or invite any sadist over to help you pull it.
just remember to save the tooth to put under your pillow so that the tooth fairy pays you a visit.
lame joke of the day:
"what time do asians go to the dentist?" -> tooth-hurty
