M & W: 8:30
T & TR: 7:00

haha, ya I get up early everyday but Saturday - usually around 1pm, give or take a couple hours.![]()
i get up mon-fri at 4:45am cuz the gym opens at 5:45am and i have to be at work by 7:00 so i have a good 1hr workout before going to work. ive gotten used to the schedule and i dont think i would do it any other way.
mon - fri 5:45am, I was off work for a while so im getting back into the routine of getting up early and its sh*tty. Weekends around 8am.
does lifting in the morning make some of u guys tired towards the afternoon? I lift early from 7:30-8:30, take a break, then from 9:30-10:30. By about 12:30, I'm dead tired.
i never lift early, only am cardio. I feel like i can't put all i have into it in the mornings.
I voted crack of dawn...but actually I'm up almost an hour before sunrise every morning. I start my workout (home gym...so that helps) around 6am every morning. By 8am I am pumped and ready to take on the day...I can't sleep past 7am even on weekends....usually get to bed by midnight every night.
On the rare occasion and I have to miss a morning workout, I feel like shiat the whole day. Usually get very tired by afternoon also....if you can ever get used to this schedule, it's amazing what all you can get done by noon.

yea MBH I know that for sure. I just flew into Atlanta today from Denver. Jet lag hit me hard so I had to take a nap. Now it's pretty late, but I'm wide awake cause of the nap. It'll take me a couple days to get back to my normal schedule.![]()
6 am every day beside thursday.. and 4:30 am on thursdays..
7:30am on monday, wednesday and friday because of school
10am-noon on the other days unless I work that morning then I am up at 8.
I listen to my internal clock in this regard. So whenever I happen to wake up. Some days that's at seven in the morning, other days it's noon. I'm not joking when I say i at least partly attribute that to my having been as healthy as I've ever been in terms of staving off illness this year. WHen my body wants and needs sleep, it gets it.
You have no idea how many times I did the Canada to Denver...Denver to Atlanta trip. The turbulence is killer along the Rockies…I hated it! I started doing the Minneapolis to Atlanta instead. nwa is one of the best airlines out there too.Originally Posted by Superhuman

I am up monday through Friday at 3:15AM. Hour drive to work and I work till 4:00 PM. Weekends I am always up early. Before 6:00. Just can't sleep.
Alarmclock is set on 07:00.
On weekends i sleep for as long as i want, if i dont have anything planned.
4:45 Mon-Sat, if I don't have a Hold'em game or the rare occasion out with the guys. I have to do cardio before sunrise
Sunday I sleep late, about 8am
5:30 a.m. when I work and 7 a.m. when I don't. And I am not a morning person in fact I hate those cheery morning people, grrrrrrr.

I get up so early I kick the rooster in the ass! I'm on my feet by 4:00- 4:30 AM weekdays and 7:00 AM weekends. For some strange reason I've never been able to sleep more than 6 hours a night....doesn't matter when I go to bed, I'll be up within five or six hours.
MBH, I'm a morning person as well.....however, by 10 PM I'm about alseep on my feet.
4:30am, Mon-Fri..Sat/Sun-after 12!

You all are some early birds. JUG- i wish i only needed 6 hours every night. I think i have a mild case of insomnia cuz i hardly ever fall asleep before 3 and usually roll around in bed for a few hours. i try to wake up early as possible, but when i dont have to (no classes) my ass is in bed until at least noon.
5am every M-F.....in the gym by 6am
I usually only need 6-7 hours a night, so I get up at about 6:30, if I goto bed early (10pm) then I'd be up at 5, my body just wakes me up at that time.

It depends, usually mon-fri I get up at 9 to be at work by 11:30, On saturdays I ususlly wake up at 6 to be at work by 8. I hate. I wish that I did not have to wake up that early to get reasy for work, but it takes me a long time to get ready for work.
