    Protein shakes and bars

    What up pepole just got back from SPI for Spring break, it was awsome got no sleep and drank more beer and tequlia then i do in one year, anyway what is your input on protein shakes and bars ?? are they worth the money ?? i my self use SCI-FIT shakes they are cheap and taste good with fat free milk what do you guys/girls think ?? what do you use ?? and do you think they work and are worth the money because God knows they ain't cheap !!

    i use pro complex, id love to use only nitro tech cause i did honestly see the differance but its soo **** expensive even with my gym employee discount

    Yeah the stuff is exspensive i hate it sometimes, but the supllement store by my house was selling Trib today for 10 BUCKS and 5lbs. jugs of protein for 25 BUCKS it was awsome i was there shopping forever felt like a girl in a mall.

    I love the strawberry nectars but i can go threw one of those in less then a week... Have already gone threw about 6 I think since begining of January... Lately I have been buying the 10 ilbs bags of Ultimate whey with my roomate... 55 bucks for 10ilbs of whey is cheap as hell...

    I use proteinfactory.com...10lbs of whey can't beat it....I hate bars cause I will eat all of them in a day.
