    I cant believe my eye's

    Have anyone seen what ironbodybuilding.com has done with there site .

    What a change....I mean AR is where its at ,but IBB came a long way.. I know some of you guys here are Mods,,,I tip my hat...

    yea, i'm far from a mod...but i spend enough time there...

    they can't match AR for info and AS knowledge - but it's a great place, it's come a long way for sure...

    Not too fond of the WHITE ON BLACK theme. Seems clostophobic and lonely.
